most of them go upstairs where the latest britney spears song is playing (yes she is still relevant i guess, they all shrieked out every word to the song) about 10 of them stay downstairs and hover around me while im watching rajon rondo try to trip people from the sidelines. Obviously I had little chance with any of them, they likely had fake id's, but it was fun to catch the bartender looking agitated that they were giving me a little attention. bartender was a total fox. behind me i hear a conversation, the very type that keeps me from staying down state street past 10pm (its only 8:00pm of course) they order a fish bowl, because they are so much fun and famous. After a lengthy debate on which color is the best (orange is nasty, btw), one of their dude friends gets into an argument with one of the smarter ones in the bunch. dude- "pace yourself girl, we have all night" girl- "lol, its a fish bowl, youre supposed to guzzle" dude- "yea just dont kill yourself" girl- "?? whatever! nobody has ever died from drinking too much alcohol!" dude proceeds to argue with her over the basic premise that alcohol can't directly kill you. Normally, I would have wished for the guy to just shut up and say what needs to be said to get her into bed with him, but this one I just can't fault him on. He was dealing with a college educated retard. I always wonder how my company finds these new idiots they hire, but when I go to the source for a night it never fails to find out the reason. It's weird how you can meet someone and draw conclusions based on their looks (well groomed, dressed well), but once you talk to them you lose almost every will to be near them. |
