They have a launch vehicle capable of reaching speeds necessary for intercontinental travel. They still haven't demonstrated the ability to reliably separate the stages of the rocket, nor the ability to have any kind of payload survive re-entry, much less an intricate device. Furthermore, their physics package is apparently WAY too big for the platform—a problem not too common in that part of the world, so I'm told. We also don't know their manufacturing capabilities and consistencies, so who knows if this rocket would even be reliable on the intermediate scale.

Still, this isn't exactly encouraging.
