So let me ask the question, is it worth 5.5 years of jail time and have your reputation ruined forever.... to live like a millionaire for just over a year? I guess i'd vote no only because towards the end of the ponzi scheme it has to feel like the walls are closing in

The guy didn't even live that well. You could rack up massive credit card debt and do many of the same things he did especially with how stupidly he did it. Now, he basically is going to have his wages garnished the rest of his life.

I'll vote no.
