I feel it's real simple. If you are not a citizen,you get a work visa that's good for 1 year. If you have a clean record,you can re-up for another year. 3 years in a row and you can try for citizenship.

It's goes against the Constitutional and fundamental human right to due process, that one should be able to face his accuser. This is not happening. I'm not saying that what they've done is right, just that they're entitled to plead their cases on their's and their families behalf. Do you need to be reminded that people that just happen to get across the board are not citizens? You may disagree and want someone to look into some cases but to either make border jumpers equivalent to citizens or the same as being sent to gas chambers is not a great stance.
