One thing that we have learned with all of the discussions about flags, is that the term snowflake is not solely for liberals. |

Being married to an educator I can say that then best course of action is to keep personal opinions off of social media . |

This is a really odd thread. Even Justice Scalia understood why this was okay. |

How many kids walked by that flag and not one had the guts to pick it up. |

Hatchetman wrote: How many kids walked by that flag and not one had the guts to pick it up. You have an odd definition of guts. I would say that most of the kids didn't notice, or didn't care. |

So they need all the toilet paper they can get. |

I put this in the category of people who depict Christ in an offensive way or those Muhammad cartoons. They are perfectly acceptable under our Constitution, and I will always defend those wishing to do such. However, these folks are simply trying to offend others who have deep held beliefs in those symbols/people. It just doesn't mesh well with a civilized society. I'd say the same thing for people that fly Confederate flags. |

It's two completely different things. The Supreme Court has never heard a case on "desecrating" a Malcolm X flag...or a Cubs, Bears, or Raiders flag. |

People wrap the flag in all types of crap and no one blinks an eye. NOW many people care about the flag more than the document it represents. That document is more important than the flag and that document says doing all types of dumb shit to the flag is acceptable. |
