I am a neat freak. My wife likes things clean as well. But she thinks shoving things into a drawer makes it acceptable. It is just another sort of clutter. Throw that shit out! |

My wife never shuts a drawer all the way. My mother also had this annoying habit. Perhaps I sought this out in a mate. Deep psychological shit. |

Clutter. I'm guilty of this too, but her idea of "cleaning" up clutter (i.e. mail on the table, old decorations, etc) is to simply move it from one place to another. Out of sight out of mind. She also leaves like two sips of milk/juice/pop and puts the bottle back in the fridge. These are not big deals, just little pet peeves. |

I used to get into the “spilled milk” arguments with a ex-girlfriend, now I just leave the room whenever I feel one of those coming on. |

She leaves stuff on the kitchen counter and kitchen table and by the end of the week there is stuff everywhere She is always in a hurry so she brings food with her in her car and when she comes home leaves the dirty dishes in the sink Those are the main ones really. Sometimes she lets her fingernails get long which really bothers me but it isn't really a habit per se. I am sure things are much worse when I point the thumb at myself. Leaving crumbs all over the counter after making food, leaving wet towels hanging up in the bathroom, tracking in dirt and grass from outside, and eating/chewing loudly are some of the big ones I am aware of. My wife tells me that my dog and act I pretty much the same, especially when it comes to eating and generally being loud. I have wood floors at home and walk very loudly while my dog loves to shake his dog tags early in the morning. |

My wife has a pile of laundry not 10 feet away from the laundry chute. Not 10 fng feet. She said she has a reason for it but I dunno, pretty sure it's just to irritate me. Also every time I come into the house after she and the kids have gone to bed every damn light is on, including the ones over the sinks in kitchen. I never use those lights. This could go on a while. I'm sure her list is longer. |

Yea, no one in history has said "You're right, I'm making too much of this, thank you for your input. Ill be much more relaxed going forward" |

My wife doesn't place items on tables at right angles and, as reasonable volk can imagine, it drives me insane. |

If you want your two votes, you best mind your p's and q's in election season. |

Not respecting my hiding spots. I like to put my wallet and phone and keys in weird places, like under the couch or in a shoe, because it's a fool-proof way not to lose them. (It actually works, and I actually have a serious problem with losing stuff.) But the Missus will sometime reach into a shoe, fish out the materials, and place them on the table, which is one place I never look. Plus, people might be able to see the wallet on the table through the window, so it ain't safe. Just leave the shit where it is, I say. |

I asked because my wife always lines shit up at right angles. It's not very artistic. My first wife could take a bunch of objects and with seemingly no effort just throw them on a table and they would look like something that should be on the cover of a book or album. |
