I get what she's saying. Pissing matches can fuck up threads but that's been going on for at least the 13 years I've been here. The changing of a thread topic mid thread is another thing. They're part of what makes CFMB what it is.

Spaulding is a long time and very important member of this community. We respect her opinion. That being said I think there are times where folks are just looking to complain. Maybe they have a problem with a certain poster or admin. Maybe they are a part of a small group who shares their opinions. At end of the day all of the Wisemen want old and new posters to enjoy the board but we're not going to make it perfect for everyone. As we all age and as our life changes our tastes will change. Defending Spaulding used to be a thing (There may have been a group) and it was the cause of my W2 thing so we'll always have that.
