So if it's the same guy, he is getting more sophisticated.

Package bombs and now tripwire bombs. Have they looked into this guy yet as a suspect?

I feel it isn't getting much talk, which is crazy. We've got 2 dead with more injured, and the guy is still not in custody.

Honestly I think this type of investigation is beyond the capabilities of a police force, even for one of a large city. This is where you need explosives expert and your homicide investigators probably don't have much experience there. They need outside help in a case like this and they're probably getting it.
