If you actually read the article 16,000 are being resettled to Europe and Canada and 18,000 are being granted status in Israel so Israel is taking some in.

I'm not surprised that Israel is keeping some, the hotels in Eilat would close up without asylum seekers who have been granted work permits.

Although I'm not anti-Israel, because I have the same God as the Jews in HaShem and the way of salvation comes from receiving the spirit, which is rooted in Jewish heritage, the intolerance toward Christians in Israel would constitute hate crimes if they happened in the U.S. People who preach Christianity in Jerusalem, as can be seen in many a Youtube video, are verbally attacked, spit at and even set on fire. And they call themselves a civilized country? What is worse, though, is Jewish ignorance, that they have such enmity towards Christians, when they have no real understanding who Jesus was. They reject him as an idol, when the teacher of Israel, Nicodemus, did not see him as such; in fact, the opposite was true when he said in John 3:2, " Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.” Surely, Nicodemus would have known the passages in Exodus 20:2-4, if not Isaiah 45:4 also. If the Jews don't reject Jesus on these points, they say he was a fraud, because the messianic period did not come to fruition during Jesus' lifetime. Had Jesus lived and the Hebrews believed him, could it have happened? The answer is yes, because Jesus knew the secret of the Spirit of Wisdom, as did the old prophets before him in Elijah, Daniel and Moses. This he tried to teach Nicodemus and surely others. Where the Jews also error is not understanding that Jesus is the Alpha and Omega and the Word. Before God created imperfect Adam, who was tempted to eat of the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden, he created the perfect Jesus as the archetypal man in all righteousness. You can read this in the Gnostic Gospels. When the messiah truly does come, which Christians believe will be Jesus, he will have the understanding of the Spirit to teach the Jews, so that they may, too, receive it. When that happens, Israel will be blessed beyond the imagination, because the Jews will be like what Moses always wanted them to be: the priestly people.

Until then, there is no excuse for Jews to mistreat Christians or anyone, unless they themselves wish to be mistreated, which seems to be happening more and more around the world. What comes around goes around.
