what CRM are you guys using? We used ACT! for 10 years and now are using this god awful system called METHOD. Its totally customizable but our developer basically threw his hands up and said he's done. its pretty terrible, slow and jenky. We liked ACT! but at the time they had no online offering and their google integration sucked a fat one. We have looked at SugarCRM, AGILE CRM, and Fresh Sales We are leaning towards AgileCRM. Salesforce is so damn expensive, our CEO refuses to spend the money. |

My employer uses SugarCRM. That is all I know. They are all generally unhappy people, for what it's worth. I know nothing else about Sugar. |

Salesforce is literally 3X the cost of sugar/agile/freshsales. and you can definitely tell its the most polished, integrated, and best solution around. |
