This Pope is very confused, if not a false teacher. It's absolutely impossible for atheists to enter the Kingdom of Heaven, if that was what Francis was suggesting.

There are many morally good people out there, but that does mean they are saved. You can only be saved by the Spirit. Catholics don't understand this, and neither do the Jews, even though it belongs to the latter's heritage.
