Here is one of the bullet points:

CPS will propose new policies to require all employees to report inappropriate staff-student relationships or early signs of “grooming,” which are potentially predatory behaviors by adults, expanding beyond employees’ current obligation to report suspected cases of child abuse or neglect.

Looks like a problem waiting to happen.

It always was a sore point for us when the only AC in my high school was in the main office. That the principal was an old, out of touch imperious bitch made it worse.

Of course it wasn't a big deal back then as most kids (myself included) weren't out of shape fat fucks.

I did too. My major in high school was literally the only class in the factory with air conditioning. That was because the teacher was 400 lbs with health issues.

retorfitting ancient school buildings with air conditioning to accommodate 3-4 weeks of the school year where 90 degree heat is possible... is probably not the best use of CPS money

Who was the principal back then? I think that is why I always believed that Mr. Key was the Principal. Never recalled seeing the actual Principal
