I'm trying to pickup some new hobbies.

Seen a lot of youtube videos on cooking. Always liked cooking. Always liked dealing w/ meat. Thought many times throughout my life I should have been a butcher.

Do you guys cook for a hobby? what is a good way to start? i mean i know mac and cheese or spaghetti but I'd like to get into some ethnic style cooking. Not bland American.
