She gets fast-tracked to a promotion to Sgt. to put her in a leadership promotion, which was simply because of identity politics. She then disregards what she had learned in basic and in the NCO academy by engaging in a relationship with a lower-ranking person in her own unit. She is now demoted and will separate shortly. Don't feel sorry for her at all. |
