And people think cops won't enforce gun confiscation laws. The deputy, the prosecutor, and the ex husbamd/dad should face repercussions. What a load of tyranny. I don't want to sound like Oogie but fuck these pigs. Also her daughter sounds like a vengeful shit |

This isn't a kid issue. This is grown ass adults being petty, using kids to try and "win" vs their ex. That being said.....in my personal situation, you damn right I will take my kid's cell phone away if I feel the need. I will chuck the damn thing in the nearest river if I feel like it. And my kids know that. I assume that situation will never arise as a result of them knowing that.... |

this thing made it all the way to trial before the state wised up and dismissed the charges. great use of LE and court time. Quote: May's ex-husband, who reported the alleged theft, told deputies that he owned the phone, but the mom says the phone was a Christmas gift from her ex-husband to her daughter.
"I believe the prosecutor knew the whole time. It was an easy question to have answered," May said. Just a few short minutes into the trial, the assistant prosecutor announced it was, indeed, the daughter's phone, so the case was dismissed and May left the courthouse with a clean record. |
