Does Spiral Stairs even lift, bro? He sure as fuck doesn't look like he does. No barrel chest on that racist piece of crap. Maybe he needs a few more marital settlement agreements in his briefcase so he can build some upper body strength. I'm sure a few of you losers will be able to help him out with that soon enough. It's shocking any of you found anyone to marry your misogynist asses in the first place. But I apologize for interrupting. Kindly return to your regularly scheduled hijab-pulling and defending of NBA and NHL ass rapists. |

225...I want to do more, but I hate asking random people for spots at the gym so it's tough to load up etc. Question, is there a dumbbell bench equivalent to the regular bar, bench press.? I'm pretty sure for 225 on the bar, it's not 110 dumbbells in each hand. It has to be less right? |

Stabilizer muscles are the true glamour muscles. My chest workouts are where I'm working on showing the most improvement right now. I'm limited by Planet Fitness set up but it makes it more difficult but not impossible. They need things like a decline bench. |

I've been going to PF quite a bit lately and technically you could set yourself up a decline bench on the Smith machine. The Smith itself has some limiting factors but you can do it. |

They only have one decline bench in the entire facility, and it is near the aerobics area. During the few times one of the two Smith machines is open, the decline bench is usually nowhere to be found or being used. I went to the Elkhart IN PF last week and holy hell is it so much better than the location I go to. Vastly larger, with so many more machines and a bigger free weight area. Several SYNRGY 360 systems. Etc. They had decline benches but all Smith machines were taken as it was like 5:30 PM on a weeknight. |

I am usually there either at 4:30 am or 3:30 pm. Our location is brand new and I don't think there is ever more than 40 people in the whole place in the afternoon when I go. In the morning there might be 15 people in there max ( which isn't bad considering ). They have 3 or 4 Smith machines so it is rare when they are all being used. |

IMU wrote: I'll make the hour drive each way every day to be your workout partner. I am enjoying it right now. I know they will be making a big push to get more people in there after New Years. I looked last night and they indeed have 4 Smith's. They have two of every single Nautilus machine which is nice when someone is using something you want to be on. Must easily have 50 treadmills and 50 ellipticals which is also nice. They have people cleaning all the time. It is a big change from where I have been in the past where everything is filthy and half the cardio equipment is broken or half broken. |

jeez Nas. I did 2 x 225 reps in high school, but now...i have no idea. the force on my back would be more limiting than my arms or chest. I'll guess whatever my weight is, plus 10lbs..so 160ish. |
