Robert Goulet is Furious Styles' cousin. Who is your most famous relative, and why? |

I worked with a lady who is cousins with Dan Cortese. I don't really have any famous cousins, but one of my cousins' kids plays for DePaul basketball which is fun to see. |

None of my cousins are famous. I don't think. If they are, I probably don't want to know at this point. And I have a crap load of them. Side note: My kids have ZERO cousins, despite my wife and I both having siblings. Family holidays are completely different for them than they were for me growing up. It's tough for me to describe it to them. I suddenly have a craving for a good, over-the-top burger. |

I've never heard a good explanation on the removing thing. My second-cousin is still living off the $150k that Halas gave her grandmother. Something like that. |

My first cousins in Ireland have been the subject of a documentary. They run a hooker between Galway to the Aran Islands. My dad and his brothers were involved in this hooker business before they emigrated here. It's been in my family for generations. |

My cousin in Ireland was one of the all-time famous Irish football players until his gambling addiction forced him out of the game. There was a documentary about him. Another cousin was a well-known V8 Australian racecar driver. |

I have a cousin on my Mom's side who beat up your deadbeat has-been cousin. He ended up going to jail for it, whereupon he discovered he had a particular gift for mosaic glasswork. They made a documentary about it. |

This thread needs ground rules. Are we only talking about 1st-cousins? Or do we mean "cousins"? Suddenly, not only is Furious playing tag with Robert Goulet growing up, but now Dr. Ken is hunting Easter eggs with Marcos Ambrose. |

We still sing drinking-songs on the holidays about your cousin murdering our deadbeat has-been cousins. There's a documentary about it. We toast each year with mosaic champagne glasses. |

I think #2 is in regards to my attempt to add something very mildly interesting to the thread instead of just saying "No famous cousins." And the amended #3 as well. |

Kirk Cousins wrote: Growing up in Barrington, Ill., northwest of Chicago, Cousins developed an affinity for the Bears that continued after his family moved to west Michigan when he was 13. Mike Singletary was Cousins’ youth football coach; the quarterback went to school with Walter Payton’s kids and attended the youth camps Singletary did with former Bears defensive back and Vikings coach Leslie Frazier.
“There was close proximity to those guys; my dad did some chapels for the Bears,” Cousins said. “There were a lot of connections to the Bears and to the community, and obviously, the ’85 Bears, to this day, are still talked about quite a bit. That kind of lingered through the ’90s as I was growing up. |

Mine are all pretty distant and dead but Warren G Harding was a relation. There was a federal judge in Chicago as well back in 70’s and 80’s but not really famous per se. |
