We can’t just let white supremacists co-opt important values to our country and just forget about them. Free speech advocacy is absolutely one of the most essential and necessary rights to advocate for in our country, and there is a not insignificant faction of the left that wishes to criminalize speech. That should be pushed back against hard.

Fair. As someone who hasn’t studied this but is somewhat observational it does seem like they are great at co-opting normal things and making them their own.
