No I'm not. This isn't the first time I've shucked an oyster. I'm fast as hell. The only reason I have the glove on at all is because I have a shitty oyster knife and the way it's designed after about ten oysters the knuckle on my right index finger is raw and bleeding. I always use a cloth instead of a glove and I've never run my left hand through after thousands of oysters.

No cooking here. Heading to a cousin's house around 2:30pm. Standard Christmas dinner for at least the last 60 years on my mother's side of the family is prime rib, salad, and potatoes, although the appetizers and side dishes have evolved over the years.

This is Pittmike's Christmas morning breakfast.

Mom rolled in with the pierogi about 1130, short night for me, I got to sleep about 0700. Did get a nap in before back to work last night. Boss bought steaks we grilled on Monday night, last night was brats from Lowrey's Meat Market in Buchanan- honest to God they look like horse phalli - and my limit is 13 schnitzengruben!

Christmas Eve was chinese food.
Yesterday was ham, mac n cheese, swedish meatballs, cookies, cheese, meats, & veggies.

I actually had this conversation with my wife yesterday. She called me a hypocrite for using the birth of a guy I don't believe in as an excuse to gorge on prime rib and expensive red wine. I thought about turning around and going home for a minute.
