Does anyone have a guy or a place? I broke off the ferrule and tip yesterday and the last place this pool cue got repaired has been shut down for a long time. I've Googled a lot and I find some places online I can ship the cue to but nothing local. The pool halls and billiards stores don't seem to offer stick repair....just table repair.

Buy a new one. Sorry you're poor.

This cue is 20 years old and is pro quality. A replacement of the same quality would be $1000+.

I was pissed and did not treat the cue with respect, hence the broken ferrule. My break stick is fine.

You've never played billiards in your life.

Nah. Frank is right. Just super glue that shit back on there, problem solved. Stick will be in better condition than ever before.

The ferrule is broken. You cannot properly attach a new ferrule without shop lathe and woodworking experience.

Posting this on CFMB was dumb. Nevermind.

That one had to be locked for some reason, so let us continue it here!

How many of you own a pool cue that is valued at $1,000+?

It took you almost 13 years to figure this out?

If I was in the market for a pool cue, and had the modest budget of $2,000 for one, is there one that would provide the ability to shoot pool with a reasonable expectation of success?

This is really timely. I happen to have a 30-year-old badminton birdie that is valued at over $50,000, and I just knocked the rubber head off. Anyone know of any specialty birdie repair shops in the greater Naperville area?

Were you able to shit out the ferrule after you broke it off, or did you have to go to the ER to get it removed?

I believe the word you are searching for here is "shuttlecock". You are suffering from the use of an aging, headless and dysfunctional shuttlecock.
