Anyone seen this yet? It's pretty good and nice to get a refresher as I dont remember all the details. Not having a contract but still playing for the Braves was pretty crazy.

Of all the people to do this on, how do you not pick Bo?

Overall episode number 49 Season episode 6 You Don't Know Bo Michael Bonfiglio December 8, 2012 3.600[38]
A profile of Bo Jackson and how his college and professional feats in two sports (baseball and football) captured the public's imagination and made Jackson a cultural (and marketing) icon.

They should do a 30 for 30 on Yankee flash in the pan slugger Kevin Maas.

I remember when his baseball card came out, it was worth like 50 bucks or something based on but a few weeks worth of work.

I loved the Kevin Maas era. I’ll check out a 30 for 30 on him.

The Deion one will likely bore me with all his personal demons and what not.

Best 30 for 30 I’ve ever seen is the Vlade/Petrovic one.

I remember Maas and Hensley Meulens were going to be the new "M & M" boys. That didn't last too long. That was during the last Yankees "dark ages".

just watched this 30 for 30. Deion was funny.

One of the things that seems crazy to me is that he played for the Braves after July 31st with no contract. Surprised that was even allowed.

Between him, Bo and Brian Jordan, it was an interesting time for two sport guys.

But Seurholtz(sp. ?) was a dick.

In high school, who didn't play with multi sport guys who you didn't just want to show up for games with you?

Allen Iverson was more right than many still don't want to admit.

He could roll out of bed and school anyone on the planet. But he was always the ultimate anti-team player. That was the gist of it.

I don't think that is true at all. Iverson was not the ultimate anti-team player.

Really good documentary on Iverson. He was pretty misunderstood.

Long live the brothers of Brand Nubian. Wildly underappreciated.

Larry Brown and John Thompson knew what they had with him. And devised game plans to make him deadly in their team formats.

I still laugh at the video where he put MJ on skates as a bonus though.
