Spaulding linked a Jonathan Haidt video that referenced this survey in the Lightfoot thread. This deserves its own thread. Here is the questionnaire: https://moralfoundations.org/ I took the survey:  Green is my result. Blue is the result of all those who identified as liberal who took the survey. Red is the result of all those who identified as conservative. Orange is the result of all those who identified as libertarian. |

Honestly, ours aren't that far apart except for equity and autonomy (2.4,1.5, 1.1, 2.0, 1.3, 1.6, 0.9). I'd post my results, but I have forgotten how to upload the image

Well, according to the survey scores, being Republican seems to be the only way to start accomplishing being loyal to one's country. |

I do put a high value on loyalty, but I also understand the idiocy of "my country, right or wrong" so I chose the moderate answer. IMU is right in that it need not be over-analyzed. There are other questions and taken together they will reveal your values as long as you make your best possible answer. |
