Always just fried them in butter. Only got one this year from the apple orchard, so far... |

Just clean them and dip in egg wash and seasoned flour fry until golden. Then add salt and enjoy. |

wife just wants them sauteed in butter. i like them in eggwash rolled around in saltine cracker crumbs then fried in butter. found about 10lbs of them this year. we are done and the ticks are furiously out now. |
