I have the AC programmed on my ecobee thermostat, set to 72 overnight. I fell asleep in the recliner downstairs one night, and heard the AC on early in the AM, wife has been setting it down to 68 when she goes to bed to "get to sleep better". It stays there until 0600 and the next program change. Now I have to over ride her over ride some time after she is asleep. At least I can adjust it by my phone app!

You can save as much as 10% a year on heating and cooling by simply turning your thermostat back 7°-10°F for 8 hours a day from its normal setting.
