I used to live about 10 minutes away. I drove past 75th/83 almost every day I was in town. I would not go get beer at Black Horizon. Why take the risk?

Live less than 2 miles away, my wife was stressing out about it. Very happy they are leaving. Would be enraged if I lived closer. It's fucked up

We were in process of developing a day care in late 2017 that just fell within the 1 mile radius, across the street from the high school on 75th. that project died as soon as the news starting coming out in 2018.
