Good call. That was pathetic, but I guess Norman did it a few times. Perhaps not as egregiously.

Van de Velde is definitely holds the crown for the single event, though. Didn't they have to take his name off the trophy?

Between his knee, team age, Bird and Magic, they were only great for about 4-5 years. But 83 was magical.

Philly ownership HATED Toney's guts. They thought he was malingering.

Which he was not. It was a legit injury that has ended other careers.

I was originally a 76er fan and Dr. J was my favorite player.

I hated the Celtics and Lakers. I still hate the Lakers and always have. I never liked Magic nor Bird.
