Has anyone here ever had to use a process server to serve someone for a legal matter?

Never. Just email that shit. It counts as proper service, but the FAT CAT process server lobby doesn't want u to know that.

Matthew 5:25-26
25 Settle with your opponent quickly while on the way to court with him. Otherwise your opponent will hand you over to the judge, and the judge will hand you over to the guard, and you will be thrown into prison. 26 Amen, I say to you, you will not be released until you have paid the last penny.

Why should you be allowed to have a process server anyway? You can’t even have cash bail. It’s racist.

Why would anyone show up to a court procedure?

I'll do it. $100 in Chicago or an adjoining suburb. Just let me know if it's potentially dangerous.

How much do you tip your process server?

Depends on how satisfied you were with the process service.

In parts of Europe tipping your process server is frowned upon.

Unless it’s a Ukrainian server, in which case tips are considered very desirable.

Yes, worth every penny if the person you are serving knows how to play the system. Think they attempted like 2-3 times before they were served.

Try ABC Legal Process. You can upload everything on their website. Out of the West Coast but have an office in Chicago and people everywhere. $60, but no guarantee. Higher if want it done immediately.

I think the person needing to be served got served today. But I was reading that these process servers have certain tricks to getting the door open including ordering a pizza to the house and hiding behind the delivery guy.

I like to wear a yellow vest and carry an Amazon box. BOOM! You're served.
