Why are they so confident it's a serial killer? That's a dangerous way to hustle a buck, there could be 47 killers of the 51 women.

Of course there are serial killers in Chicago. People probably move to Chicago precisely because they know they can get away with murder there. Same applies to Baltimore, New Orleans, Memphis, Detroit, Milwaukee and St. Louis. Your weak soft-on-crime democrat leadership invites these kind of people in.

Where else is better to be a serial killer than cities where police departments are under immense pressure from city government to massage stats by classifying almost any death that isn't blatantly a murder as accidental? Serial killers probably kill fifty people a year, but as long as they're not shooting or stabbing anyone nobody even knows these people were murdered.
