Post subject:  Selling my condo

Finally pulled the trigger on putting my place on the market. Just went live today. here is a link if you want to see it. We did some renovation work 6 months ago including re-painting the whole place and re-finishing the floors and all new sod in the backyard.

https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3637 ... 0736_zpid/

My first time selling property, very nervous about this whole thing. While the place is on the market we now have to go find a new place to buy. Looking for a house in the northern suburbs so I can be closer to my office. Something with a nice yard and hopefully a finished basement.

Gonna lose money on my condo since I bought it mid crash in 2008, but should come out with some cash in hand since I've knocked a lot of the principle down through mortgage payments.

JORR can walk to work.

He may not want to give up his penthouse though.

yea, when we renovated we let the realtor pick all the colors. We went from more of a beige look with lighter floors and light brown cabinets to this more modern look with greys and whites.

multi-purpose. Lay it flat and you can use it for log rolling.

That pole definitely sucks, but I think its holding up the entire building.

Yeah, I think you have to inform him in writing or something.

There's quite a few good restaurants within a half a mile where shakes is.

I ate there once around the same time and also have little memory of it. Remember it being good and some stuff was great, but was surprised to find out it won the James Beard for best restaurant in the midwest.

Yeah, when I sold my townhouse, I let my realtor pick out paint colors and replacing some light fixtures and bedding. She had a little too much purplely-blue for my taste, but the place sold in 8 days to a single mom so she must have known what she was doing.

Love the golf bag stand  I have two of those. One in the basement and one will go in the garage this spring.

Those awards are probably like Peabodys...they have to pay to get them.

not anymore. He wasn't even nominated in the category of Great Lakes region best chef. Parachute won that.

Just like the one I miss from our old house.
