So where do you get go for a haircut? some chain? A ma and pa place? Do u use the same-ass stylist, or do u get somebody different eveytime u walk into a chain? |

Great Clips in my local Jewel. Or a $10 joint in Palos Heights if I am visiting my parents. I always enjoy my haircuts from the blond, 40ish eastern European girl who smells of cigarettes. Just got a cut earlier today. #3 clippers on the side with everything else blended in. I look sharp. |

I get my hair cut at “the shop”. I usually swing by about noon on a Saturday and arrive home clean and all set by 5. You know... |

I go to Sport Clips. The ESPN bothers me, and I'd rather find a local girl with her own shop to support. but the hot steamed towel while getting your hair washed is hard to beat. |

clippers at home. wife used to, but now she won't come that close to me. I let the kids do it when they were little, they had blast with it. now, i just hope i don't miss a patch and look any worse than I already do... |

I had a guy I went to in my hometown for about 30 years, but he died young, early 60s. He was great and really understood how to make small adjustments that kept what used to be really wavy hair look reasonable. After he died, i tried going to his partner, but that guy specialized in women's hair and half-assed it, so I switched to Sport Clips. My hair has thinned and receeded, so it's not too bad. In Illinois it was a revolving door, but in NC there are two stylists who are good and I just pick one of them. |

For the record, if you ever want your sons to be clean cut, just grown your hair long as an old man My kids go the the Sport Clips in Gurnee or Fountain Square. Both do a lot of work on military stationed at Great Lakes so had very good luck there. |
