Work is slow. Only one days worth this week. Part of it is just the time of year. Weather like this doesn't do great things for demand calls. But a lot of projects are getting cancelled or delayed because they dont want people working in their homes. |

Depends of what you call an emergency I guess. What I can do without is the guy literally hanging over my shoulder while i work. These typically fall into two categories, the old man that's lonely and the old man that thinks he knows everything yet here I am anyway. Normally i don't mind the lookey loos but back the fuck off my sack right now man. Go upstairs, have a cafe, un cafe, preferably decaf and let me breathe uncontaminated air. |

Looking at houses there. Seems like a good place to raise a kid with endless activities and decent schools. We were going to try and get to the mountains this time, as our last trip there was more real estate intensive. I think the national park is an hour down hwy 34 from Loveland. |

I received a form I did not sign yesterday though about some frigging Covad-19 potential delay in closing. Fine if he pays after close but we need to close. |
