Not sure where to put this but anybody use them?I've been looking up a lot of stuff on diets and fitness this week and I've always been weary of them. do they may a difference is there a benefit do they help with weight loss etc? Or the green additive stuff?

I hear the soy-based ones help grow breasts. On men.

If you can be disciplined and use for true meal replacement, they're good.

I avoid the soy and whey for allergy reasons. Egg protein is where it's at.

Some are a lot better than others. I drink a glass every morning to suppress appetite. It helps a lot. Its also great for muscle strength... If you workout a lot it's really hard to eat enough protein with just food.

If it's just protein it's good for cardio. Keeps muscles and tendons strong. But many protein powders have sugar and other shit in them that adds to weight gain.
