It was so dead this weekend in the dells. Everything was open but empty. And the best part is everyone who was out were old. The media did an amazing job at scaring the shit out of everyone. Old people be like "gonna die soon anyway, give zero fucks".

My neighbor invited our fam and the rest of the block over on Wednesday to celebrate her husbands 85th birthday. Damn it feels good to live in WI.

We had a BBQ with the neighbors and 3 other families today and were with family and friends yesterday.

I'm glad you enjoy Wisconsin.

He should just STAY HOME and do the same thing. Why waste the gas?

Save a little gas and just pop in on Darkside.

It's practically Wisconsin.

My parents came up from IL on Saturday. My mom was like "OMG there are all these people out and absolutely no one is wearing a mask" She wasn't being a Karen, she just had her mind blown by the difference between the 2 states.

It was awesome.

Lake Geneva was hoppin'. Felt so great. Felt free. People at bars in the area were hangin' out. Nobody wearin masks. Except restaurant servers, which they should. First time I ate inside a restaurant in 2.5 months.

Kinda pissed that T-Bone didnt give me any advice on where to go. After all the help I gave him on Boston.

Reported. Not sure we need this kind of hate on this board.

1. Thirsty Horse: Bristol, WI
2. Dead Mann's Saloon: Kansasville, WI
3. Hogg's Nest: Kansasville, WI
4. Zenda Tap: Zenda, WI

It was glorious to visit 'merica....it sucks I had to cross the cheddar curtain to find it.

This is a very casual one in Madison - It is small & always jam packed. They take your order while you're at the bar which keeps things moving (that's fairly common in WI). Toby's Special (sirloin on toast) for $14 is oddly tasty. https://www.tobyssupperclub.com/Home.htmlImage

The Hobnob. 277 Sheridan Rd, Racine, WI 53403

The Stage Stop in Wilmot is not a supper club, but it's worth going to.

I've heard great things about the Hobnob....on my list.

Stage Stop.....it is great, but I have not been there in years. Over the last 2 years, my ex-wife started going there so it's a hard pass for me. I could care less, but I'd just be afraid we'd go there and and if our paths crossed i'd be bailing my wife out of jail for assault & battery

There are. Even the run down ones have good food. Ishnala calls itself the best. Wait times get up to three hours during the busy season. I love it.
