Post subject:  Is flying the Gadsden Flag considered politcally incorrect?
I always fly it on the 4th of July with other flags.

But last year I got some strange looks.

Read up and I guess it's a favorite flag of right wing groups.

I really don't think that flag really belongs to left or right. I love the flag because it contrasts the traditional red , white , and blue. and its the flag from our revolutionary roots!

Anyone have a take on this? I sure damn will be pissed if Im not suppose to fly it any longer if it's deemed politically incorrect.

Sure I can say F U to PC but then again I don't want to be viewed as the old racist guy on the block.

I think it's more the flag of libertarian sovereign citizen wackos, but racists get everywhere.

Well was getting my flags out to put up this weekend. Saw the good ole gadsden and just couldn't do it. if i fly it people will think i'm a trump supporting racist.

thanks a lot fucking asshole extremists on both the left and right. you destroyed a beautiful flag and twisted the meaning of DON'T TREAD ON ME.
