JORR is what, 61 or 62 years old? And Seacrest is a grandparent, right?

Both of these guys might be dead inside of six months.

CFMB needs a succession plan.

That's a good point that I had not thought of. Maybe it is being discussed the POLITICS basement on the board.

I suppose Biden needs to stay just over 2 years so she can take over and still run for 2 full-terms unless they changed that rule.

interestingly enough I was thinking about this. If Nas and co would share their financial reports to the rest of us. I know it's private and they have no right to show us anything but im curious how much money they are making off this site.

Bigfan initial offer to buy the site was $1million so Im sure it got negotiated down. My estimate is they probably bought the site for like $600/650K. I doubt big fan would have sold it for half of what he was originally offering.
