Post subject: | Ozzie Guillen: Was He The 1st One To Be "Cancelled"? |
Back in 2012 when he made the Fidel Castro comments (which, I believe, were taken out of context), it took Miami a whole season to launch him, and I think it was somewhat tied to their disappointing finish that year. But was he the first one to lose a job in the modern era due to private comments? He STILL has not received the opportunity to manage again, and he was a damn good manager. |

He made the comments to Time Magazine And cancelation goes back to early 00s st least |
