Nothing like some Scrambled eggs with a little shredded cheese, veggies, and hot sauce.

But if I’m on the go I’ll take a hard boiled egg.

Scrambled

Fried with some cheese on toast for a nice homemade breakfast sandwich. If I'm getting up and about early for golf or a job interview or something, I'll make one the night before then just zap it in the AM and eat on the drive

Sunny Side Up

If they are by themselves, over medium. With chorizo, scrambled.

I make an egg casserole pretty much every weekend for consumption during the week. 8-10 Eggs, tube of browned ground sausage, cup of milk, about 3/4 bag of cheddar cheese and a full cup of jalapenos in an 11 x 17 greased pan. About 30 minutes at 375 degrees and you are done ( sometimes I like it a little more browned so takes a bit longer ). Super easy and quick in the morning. Heats up in microwave like fresh. A little hot sauce and a dollop of sour cream and it's all good man. I think it would qualify as a Frittata

Yup. Every so often I will do that as well. Shredded has browns and black beans also go great in those breakfast casseroles.

Throw that in a waffle cone and eat it in front of your stepson.

I have not eaten breakfast in 45+ years. Not sure if that's good or bad.

I eat eggs 3-4 times a week. Always scrambled.

I have a system. Always saute mushrooms, red/orange pepper, jalapenos, red onion, and spinach. If there's turkey or ham lunchmeat in the fridge, I'll sometimes add a little of that too. Pour eggs in. Sprinkle some feta or chipotle gouda, and I'm living. Feel like I treated my body well after as well.

My wife and I do eggs on Saturdays and Sundays. Many variations, but this is the most common
- Omelette: Asparagus, Red Pepper, Onion, Avocado, Cilantro, Feta Cheese, Cheddar cheese, Bacon

if it's not that....over easy or pouched with cheese, Bacon on a bagel for a sammich

Agreed.

I like every style of egg except fried. A perfect sunny-side up is tolerable but I can't get past the brown bits on most fried eggs :puker:

Agreed, I eat more eggs for dinner than I ever do for breakfast.

we had a thread about eggs years ago here.

Over hard, with salt and pepper. Ketchup if I'm feeling zany.

Can't do too many eggs though, they fill me up and make me too full for the next meal.

I drink egg whites right out of the carton every morning. Pure Albumin protein. Tremendous protein. Some say the best.

Actually, now that I think about it. My over easy eggs are from diners.

At home, we typically mix in some left over taco meat or chorizo and make rolled egg "burrito" omelette things...
