We're planning to move back home come spring. Really depends though on Covid.

But staying at my sons, we have been sleeping on an older mattress that has seen better days.

My son has this foam mattress and it's like the most comfortable thing I've layed on ever.

It was like only $200 on Amazon. And the frame or whatever they call it was only like $100.

Man talk about amazon kicking everyone's ass - never realized how wide it was - who the fuck would go to the traditional bed/matress store and buy their shit for hundreds or thousand of dollars when you can get better comfort for 200-300 bucks!

any of you guys/gals have a foam mattress? or hyrid foam? we're shopping around but I am very impressed thus far as Im looking to the day that I don't have a spring sticking out poking my behind every night.

Gel memory foam from Walmart is a good place for a quick fix

wrap the foam nice and tight around your face for a good nights sleep

I bought a $2,000 Aireloom (huge discount from ABT and had some credit already). It took about month to break in, but I am pretty sure I got fleeced. We researched everywhere though and so many of the brands seem to have problems with cheap material resulting in either the bed forming dents or sleeping hot. If the mattress isn't going to last more than 5 years, I so no reason to pay more than a few hundred bucks.
