I'm trying to find the legal definition of "null and void" as applicable in Illinois. Any guidance (case law, ILCS or anywhere else)?

what do you want them to mean and can you afford it? like everything else in the us legal system, the meaning of those words depends entirely on how large a retainer you're able to front for proper legal representation.
