Ever since I had Covid and took a bunch of recommended vitamins, my shitting has been messed up. No one wants to hear about the periodic constipation I've had to deal with. Shitting standing up is nothing. So yeah- I'd definitely do it for 20k.

Try crushing up some fennel seeds and steeping it in hot water for a few minutes or one of the smooth move teas. Don't over do it or you will have the opposite issue.
