Anybody have any experience with build to rent communities? Seem to be a relatively new trend for developers/big money investors.

Guys I talk to are cashing out while the housing market is hot. Market is out of whack right now and building materials used to flip are too expensive.

Even the dude that was renting the place out behind us to his countrymen for the past 5 years finally sold the place.
