Cannot go on my back deck without my neighbor perspiring like a faucet, the guy just retired, and I know he was a workaholic, so feared he would be completely out of sweat soon, he's a great guy and has been a great neighbor, but I really do not have an interest in sweating to the oldies.

That guy probably wishes you were his newly expired neighbor.
