All three baby!

I’m not sure your scenario is possible. Given their different criteria, perfect scores across all three may be incompatible.

That you would pose an implausible hypothetical is disappointing.

Let’s assume it’s possible. That’s how these things work.

Now you want me to assume? Next you’ll tell me my hypothetical $50m is pre-tax.

Does a perfect credit score really exist? When we refied our house the guy from Fifth Third said my wife had the highest score he had ever seen. I think it was 830 or something.

I've got an 817. It is not worth millions.

Of course not. If you have $50 million you don't need credit. This is Cum Town nonsense that Seacrest and KDdidit have inexplicably allowed on the main board.

I don’t think you’re appreciating the value of a perfect credit score. Access to credit is infinitely more valuable than a one time infusion of cash.

Certainly not $50 million in cash.

One payment of 50 million = 50 million
Access to low interest loan = seed money to start your own business and earn infinite money.

It's just about impossible to have a perfect score with any credit agency. If by some miracle you had a perfect score, your score would likely decline once your credit was run.

Give me the money. Similar to looks, credit matters a lot more when you don't have $50M.

I've had access to a lot of business loans. I only wish I had $50 million in cash.

They should probably cancel the movie at this point.

Or just have Ezra Miller do the press tour while on the run from the police.

My son graduated college with no credit score, not a high credit score, but never borrowed anything. It made it extremely difficult when trying to purchase his first home a year later- despite having 20% down in cash. Even Dave Ramsey's pals at Churchill Mortgage would require Dad to cosign. He had to wait an extra month after making a pre-approved offer to have sufficient local utility bills to secure the loan, fortunately, the sellers were super cool and let it all play out.

Mine is 817 as of April, and lowering, as we have not had any debt for several years now. The algorithm likes to see you use debt to keep the score up. I have advised my daughter differently than my son, we even thought briefly about selling her car to her so she could get and pay off a loan to establish her credit prior to graduating. That was how we discovered our friends at the credit union had emptied her "inactive" savings account via fees.

If you walk into a bank with a perfect credit score and say "Give me a loan" they will.
If you walk into a bank with $50 million in assets and say "Give me a loan" you get taken to the VIP section and they offer you virtually free money because they know that if you don't pay they can just take your assets.

You're explaining why having a perfect credit score is the better scenario.

With a perfect credit score, you don't have $50 million and your loan charges you more interest than the person with $50 million.
