My Grandpa used to say, "never trust a pastor that drives a nicer car than you", never got it until I was older.

The fact that one would be wearing jewelry at all, let alone $1 million dollars worth seems to directly contradict the message to help the poor and downtrodden.

Have encountered people that could give detailed business plans on how to make tons of money establishing ministries, seems to be more of a racket than anything about saving souls.

anywhere from $10,000 to $20,000 a year. you'd have to have special item riders for each piece of jewelry over your homeowner's policy's limits.
