The 2 main sections on this board are Chicago sports and Chicago sports media (centering on a certain station). Gone are the days of tuning in to hear an interesting or funny comment about the former made by the latter. Instead it's pontificating the socially acceptable opinion of the day. The state of both the sports scene and the sports radio scene is dismal and who wants to honestly dwell on that? |

The main section on the board is still politics. Weekly, there are more posts in that section than in all of the other sections combined. The board is still consumable if you want to avoid that section. |
