Honest question though I also know it can be perceived as race baity... How's this dude not dead? How does it work - his hands are concealed, he's noncompliant, and eventually he throws an incendiary device. Then later on post-bomb he's still apparently hiding his hands, resisting arrest, and managed to live to tell about it. We've seen guys (and girls) shot for less.
