I run into MANY people that bemoan the fact that the divorce court system disproportionately awards the care of custody children to mothers. However, MANY of those same people stridently believe that a woman’s place is in the home. Something to think about.

Are we back to the 50's? Not MANY think that way anymore. Some might and I suspect you just proved up a case where someone did. Not really something to think about.

Why do millions of parents allow their children to sit on the laps of men who are strangers every year? Even men who are wearing diapers at a mall. This seems wrong.

Anxiously awaiting the Something Curious Hair parody thread. Don't think there's anyone funny enough left to make that work.

I'll put you down for being okay with kids sitting on the laps of diaper wearing strangers and taking photos. Adults pay money for those photos too.

Eleven other months out of the year these "parents " would lose their kids to child services, and the diaper wearing men would be in prison. Not in December. December is the month where American adults embrace pedophilia. They give kids a few gifts for their silence. This is wrong. Why isn't anyone doing anything about it?

If Santa handed out ass plugs and dildos you'd be fine with it. They're gonna see it anyway!

Yeah, that's not my experience. Most of the time I run into the man who never did shit for his kids while the parties were married and suddenly wants to be a hands-on dad so he can avoid/reduce his child support obligation.

I think we should send stay-at-home moms to the front lines in Ukraine to fight the Russians and see if they complain now!

January-November, MANY Americans would agree seeing a dildo or ass plug at Parker wasn't as traumatic as being bounced on the knee of a diaper wearing stranger in a costume. At the same time, another adult takes a bunch of photos to sell to other adults. Not in December. Mothers are pissed when their children cry because they don't want to sit on a stranger's knee and take photos. Families travel from all over the country to put their child on a stranger's knee. They brag about it and share the images with friends. Even the ones where the traumatized kids are screaming and crying. A child's innocence is worth more than a toy!

Yep! Or he believes he will pay less child support if he spends a few minutes with his child. Some of these mothers are shit parents too, but the court forces them to "care" for the kid.

And when he only gets to see his kids on alternating weekends he never complains how unfairly the courts treat fathers.

Statistics show the children single mothers account for 72% of the prison population. Interestingly single father raised children have the same chance at prison as two parent household with a mother and father.

What percentage of parents do get divorced because the kids just kind of suck? I know they have to say "Kids, this isn't your fault" but it's got to be the kids fault at least some of the time doesn't it?

I'm seeing MANY such cases lately. MANY unmarried parents entering into 50/50 visitation schedules because they can't handle having the kid(s) the majority of the time. I don't see how this arrangement is beneficial to the kids because oftentimes the parents live nowhere near each other and the kid is being shuttled back and forth MANY miles each week between two households.

Had a lady who lives in DuPage County tell me this week that her and kid's father (who lives in Chicago) split time with the kid. Kid goes to school in Chicago and she gets the kid up at 3:45am on her days in order to get kid to school on time. That's no way for a kid to live.

100% it's because of the kids. The parents don't know how to deal and the kids suffer the consequences.

I'm talking about the ones where the parents would be good but they just got one or more duds as kids.

It's like how a quarterback who is drafted by the Browns is going to fail because it is the Browns. Some kids are the Browns of destroying parents.

I thought about it and still upset the divorce court system disproportionately awards the care of the custody children to mothers.

I am one of the fathers who would have liked to have been given a chance to have custody of my kids. Would have been more than happy if I stayed home with them while the women worked.

Even tried to pay money to the rigged system to get custody and then they listened just enough to bankrupt me and still have them end up with my ex. Ex said, nothing personal, it's just a business deal. :?
