This is a person that obviously has suffered either a TBI, or is in the end stages of a terminal disease.
If you ever get the chance to encounter someone in this state you will realize there is a human in there who is a shell of their former selves, buy you will get small glimpses of who they are, of course most would run away from these folks, those of us that work in fields providing support to these folks and almost more importantly, providing support to their families look upon the people that do not understand their conditions with a great deal of disdain and contempt as those types of people make already challenging existences even more challenging.
