Hope all of you internet cretins have a nice holiday whether it be Kwanza, Hanukkah, Xmas or whatever you are into. As adults, most of us already know what might be a gift you will receive this year. Maybe you are surprising your kids with something they have no idea they are getting. It's possible you are re-gifting something you don't want to your least favorite sister in law and want to share with the group. I am sure it has been a long year for many of us, so thought it might be fun to hear what other people are getting or hoping to get or maybe how they are surprising someone they know.

Will be a light gift giving season at the T-Bone Manor but I ordered myself a blanket and T-shirt from Whistling Straits so those are the big items. My mother usually sends a polo from the Masters.

Wife and I don't exchange anymore because we pretty much have what we need. Main thing I have on our family gift exhange wish list is some kind of drone (I have never had one) so I can attempt to take some nifty areal photos of the Wisconsin lake home. I would hope to get a couple decent ones before I crash the thing into the lake or a tree.

Guy I work with takes some good photos with his. He's also on his third one after crashing the first two into trees, etc. trying to get good at taking the photos....

I keep getting my kids drones for Christmas, and we keep crashing them....

I purchased my first drone 3-4 months ago (a DJI Mavic Mini 2) before a trip we took to Vermont this fall. Its camera is fantastic, it is easy to fly, and relatively idiot-proof. It doesn't have full obstacle avoidance, so you have to be mindful of your surroundings but it really isn't that big of a deal. I got some amazing footage on that trip.
