I've already done a poll on ages. people here mostly were in their late 20s, early 30s, except those who weren't. They were either older or younger. |

Never heard any of them live. I've only heard Brickhouse in old highlight packages. |

I've heard of all of those guys cuz I know Chicago's sports broadcast history. I've never actually heard any of them do games however. Bob Elston was the Sox old announcer right? My dad tells me how much he loved him as a kid. |

Fuck, now I feel old. I remember listening to him in H.S. --- and can someone amend my 'vote' to Bob Elson, I think I do remember listening to him in 73-74-75 --then again, I even remember Roberto Clemente playing, and the news reports of his death... |

Hey Nas, why Judy Johnson? As opposed to some of the better known Negro League stars, or say a Rube Foster? |

I thought Holy Mackarel was Vince Lloyd. I vividly recall listening to Vince and Lou call Heity Cruz's game winning homer in a game in Atlanta in 1978. I don't remember what I ate for breakfast this morning. Where am I? |

I remember when Vince Lloyd did a few games in the 90's when Harry was sick or something....Does anyone remember when Wayne Larrivee did some Cubs road games in the late 90's after it was decided that Harry Caray only did home games due to his health? |

I don't see Walter Winchell on that list... I loved Kup's Show on television. Watched it all the time with my grandparents. |
